Naruto sees Sakura off with his usual smile but is then taken by surprise as Sai suddenly asks him if he likes Sakura and if he has confessed to her. Even Sai can clearly see how much Naruto loves her. Naruto is shocked at first but then looks at Sakura walking away in silence.
